  Summary:
    PHttP-proxy (currently called Otto) is ment to be a proxy on the WWW.
    Currently it can:
      - Process images
      - Process HTML files
      - Process MP3s for download

     Change the file otto.php for your own webserver.
     Call the file otto.php with the file varible.
       eg. http://www.mysite.com/otto.php?file=index.html
